What our great patients say about us:
Safe Covid-19 Precautions
"My first post-pandemic visit to Dr Yeh’s office was great. The procedures they have put in place are appropriate and reassuring and it was terrific to see my hygienist, Jocely.n, the rest of the staff and, of course, Dr Yeh."
"The office is professional and everyone is so pleasant. Overall great experience!"
Courteous & Professional Staff
Dr. Yeh is a fantastic dentist. Very professional and extremely talented. The staff is very courteous and also very professional. You feel like one of the family when you’re there.
Dr. Yeh's office is immaculate and he is very thorough and fast. He also gives the best novacaine shots.
Everyone was friendly and super helpful! I came in for a cleaning, one of my teeth had a stain on it from a bonding from another dentist. The other dentist told me they would not be able to remove the stain without damaging the bond. Today Jocelynn gave me a cleaning and was able to remove the stain I had for years!! I was so happy. I loved my experience here, and can’t wait to come back! (:
Goes the extra-mile to help
Dr. Yeh did spur of the moment diagnostic work on an emergency basis. He was able to refer me to Dr. Sheer who is in the process of fixing the problem. Looking forward to my wife and I having Dr. Yeh as our family dentist.
Do you take my insurance?
Dr. Yeh & Associates is not in-network with any insurance companies. However, we accept all insurance policies to maximize your out-of-network benefits and facilitate reimbursement for our patients. After each office visit, regardless of what insurance plan you have, we submit all insurance forms and paperwork to your insurance company for you and apply the payments to your account. Please click on the "dental insurance" tab at the top of the homepage for more information, or give our office a call anytime if you'd like us to check your out-of-network benefits for your specific plan.
I'm nervous about dental visits ...
You're not alone! We have plenty of patients who deal with nervousness and anxiety at a dental office. For those with severe dental anxiety, we will be offering nitrous oxide (laughing gas) starting in early 2021 to help calm patients' nerves. Currently, we offer warm neck pillows, headphones, netflix in each operatory, and have essential oil diffusers throughout the office to help keep your mind and body at ease while you're with us.
How long will my first appointment last?
It varies, but please plan on 75 to 90 minutes for the first visit.
Does your office see children?
Yes! Although we are not a pediatric office, Dr. Yeh sees children of all ages and recommends seeing a dentist within 6 months after his/her first tooth erupts, or age 1, whichever comes first.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cannot keep your appointment, we ask that you notify us immediately! We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests.
