Meet the Team
Dr. Arthur Yeh
Dr. Yeh was born in Buffalo, New York and lived there for two years before his family moved to New Jersey. He would go on to attend Rutgers University where he received a B.S. in Cell Biology & Neuroscience as well as a B.A. in Communication.
He continued to pursue his interest in the sciences at Rutgers and earned his M.S. in Cell Biology where he was one of the leading authors in a research paper in Cancer Letters.
It was during these years that he developed his passion for dentistry, and ended up attending and graduating from the NYU College of Dentistry with his D.D.S. degree. During his time at NYU, he was a member of an honors program that provided dental care to those less fortunate at a local health center and dental clinic.
He also received the Dr. Arthur N. Caplin Award for demonstrating excellence in removable prosthodontics. Upon his graduation at NYU, he pursued a General Practice Residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Flushing, NY to further advance his skills as a clinician. He is consistently up to date with dental literature and has taken numerous hours in continuing education courses all around the country, most notably at Spear Education in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Yeh is also an active member in the Essex County Dental Society, New Jersey Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Yeh currently resides in Bergen County with his wife and 4 children. He enjoys playing sports, snowboarding, forcibly watching reality shows with his wife, and most of all, spending time with his children. What he loves the most about being a dentist is the ability to transform someone’s life with a healthy and beautiful smile.
Dr. Joelle Hirschfeld
Dr. Hirschfeld was raised in Randolph, NJ, and graduated with honors from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she served as a tutor and teaching assistant, founded the Tufts Chapter of the Children’s Miracle Network Dance Marathon, and received awards in operative and special needs dentistry.
She completed a rigorous General Practice Residency at Morristown Medical Center, treating hundreds of patients in general dentistry, implants, oral surgery, pediatric care, root canals, esthetics, and oral pathology. Her training included managing severe dental and facial trauma in emergency settings, providing surgical clearances, and treating special needs patients in the operating room.
Dr. Hirschfeld has a strong passion for esthetic dentistry, especially veneers and other cosmetic treatments. She remains committed to continuing education each year to deliver the best possible care.
She is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and the New Jersey Dental Association. She also serves as an attending at Morristown Medical Center.
In her free time, she enjoys fitness, cooking, exploring restaurants, snowboarding, and spending time with her husband and son. Dr. Hirschfeld loves her work and looks forward to supporting your dental and overall wellness.
Dr. Erwin Park
Oral Surgeon
Dr. Park holds a BS from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and pursued further education at New York University School of Dentistry, earning his DDS. During his tenure at NYU, he was honored with the OKU Award for Excellence and a Dean Merit Scholarship. Subsequently, he completed the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency program at the University of Connecticut, obtaining his MD as part of his dual-degree residency training program. He received the Founder’s Award for outstanding excellence from the UConn School of Medicine. Dr. Park also successfully completed two years of general surgery training at the University of Connecticut Health Center, earning an ACME approved General Surgery certificate and the Best Intern Award.
Currently, Dr. Park fulfills on-call duties for facial trauma at St. Joseph Hospital in Paterson, while also actively engaging in teaching residents at the hospital. Additionally, he dedicates time annually to participate in short-term mission trips through his church. Furthermore, he finds joy in spending quality time with his family, including his son and recently born daughter.

Michelle has been a part of this practice for 25 years. She loves making patients feel at ease and relaxed in the chair. Michelle lives in Roseland where she loves spending time with her family. Her favorite thing to do is spending her free time relaxing on the beach at the Jersey shore.

Marlene was a part of our practice when we first opened our doors in 2018, left for a few years, and recently rejoined the team because she missed us so much! Marlene has been an RDH for more than 25 years and loves getting to know her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two sons or trying new restaurants with her friends!
Amanda
Registered Dental Assistant
Amanda is a Registered Dental Assistant who very much enjoys patient care and making them feel as comfortable as possible. When she’s not working, she enjoying helping out and spending time with her grandparents. Outside of family life, she loves going to music concerts and traveling as much as she can to sight see and try all different types of food.
Sindy
Registered Dental Assistant
Sindy completed her Dental Assisting certification from Fortis Institute in 2020 and received her expanded functions license in 2022. She has worked in a multi-specialty group for the last three years, and is looking forward to growing and acquiring new skills as she continues to help others regain confidence and show off their beautiful smiles. Outside of work, she enjoys nature, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her loving family and her handsome cat, Kato.
Matthew
Patient Care Coordinator
Matthew is a Montclair local who graduated from Montclair State University for his undergrad and MBA. He handles all things billing, insurance, and scheduling for our office. He loves to travel, try new restaurants, and cook. You can find him at a local 5K or 10K race in the neighborhood as he recently picked up running as a hobby! His photos is in the google drive.
Cristi
Patient Care Coordinator
Cristi is the first face you’ll see upon entering our office! She is responsible for making sure you have your next hygiene appointment scheduled, checking your out-of-network benefits, and making any scheduling changes as needed, amongst many other things! In her downtime, Cristi enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her dog on her days off.
